摘要
创新型企业文化的成功构建对于企业观念、制度、产品创新等方面有着极大促进作用,同时也对企业能否在激烈竞争中占据有利位置有着极为重要的意义。随着大数据时代和互联网+的发展和激励,目前我国许多民营高科技企业在自主创新文化构建上都开展了不同程度的探究,然而很多企业取得的成效并不显著。如何快速、有效构建创新型文化是民营高科技企业发展迫切需要解决的关键问题。总结出31条构建创新型企业文化的影响因素,将F公司作为实例,开展问卷调查,采用spss22.0对调查结果进行数据分析发现,组织的灵活性和敏感性、员工自治程度、企业持续发展、激励制度、鼓励冒险精神、行为模式、领导重视等是民营高科技企业构建创新型企业文化的重要因素。据此,提出民营高科技企业创新型企业文化应从制度、员工、管理等方面构建的建议。
The construction of a successful innovative enterprise culture plays a great role both in promoting business ideas,systems and product innovation and in the ability of the business to occupy a favorable position in the fierce competition. Currently,against the backdrop of the era of big data and internet +,many of our private high- tech enterprises have carried out different levels of inquiry in building innovation- oriented culture,however,the effectiveness is not significant. How to build an innovative culture quickly and efficiently is the key to the development of high- tech enterprises. Accordingly,this paper has summarized and analyzed 31 factors of building innovative enterprise culture. The author had a case study of company F,surveyed its management and staff,analyzed the survey results by SPSS 22. 0. The findings indicate that the following factors are vital to the construction of a successful innovative enterprise,namely,the organizational flexibility and sensitivity,the de-gree of autonomy of employees,sustainable development of enterprises,incentive system,to encourage the spirit of adventure,behavioral mode and leadership attention. Therefore,enough importance should be attached to system,personnel and management.
