摘要 随着经济全球化程度的加深、我国改革开放的不断深入以及社会主义经济的市场化,做好绩效考核工作成为国有企业实现发展的关键环节。当前,国有企业绩效考核工作还存在许多缺陷与不足,有必要依据绩效考核的相关理论,针对现行主要指标、新形势下绩效考核的要求等方面,探讨国有企业进一步做好经营绩效考核工作的措施。 With further development of the economic globalization,the continuously deepening of Chinese reform and opening up and the marketization of socialist economy,it is critical to do the performance evaluation well for the development of state-owned enterprises. However,there are many defects and deficiencies in the performance evaluation of state-owned enterprises. This paper comes up with measures of the performance evaluation to manage the state-owned enterprises with relevant theories about the performance appraisal,the current major indicators and new requirements of the performance appraisal in the reform.
