摘要 在探讨我国国有企业人力资源管理制度存在的工资集体协商制度有待深化、职业生涯管理缺乏激励性与系统性、职业安全与健康管理重身体轻心理等问题的基础上,结合心理契约理论、职业锚理论、西方现代激励理论等,以建材企业M公司为例,对其薪酬管理制度创新、职业生涯管理制度创新、建立健全心理健康管理制度等探索与尝试进行了深入总结与分析,旨在为国有企业人力资源管理提供借鉴与参考。 The system of collective negotiation on wages in the system of human resources management of the state-owned enterprises is still to be perfected,the management of professional career planning is short of motivation and not systematic,and the professional safety and health management attached more importance to physical rather than psychological health. On the basis of these problems,the paper summarizes and analyzes the company of M 's innovation of the salary management system,the management of professional career planning and the psychological health management combined with Theories of Psychological Contract,Professional Career Management and Modern Western Incentive Theories,which aims at providing reference to the human resource management of the state-owned enterprises.
