摘要
契约精神是现代商业文明的人文支柱和核心要素,企业家契约精神是企业培育核心竞争优势获得广泛社会认可的基础条件。然而,在中国传统文化和商业氛围下中国企业家契约精神严重发育不良,以逐利为核心的商人气质与社会和公众对于企业家的期望相差甚远。产品契约精神、雇佣契约精神和交易契约精神构成企业家契约精神的三个维度,其中产品契约精神具有引领作用。企业家契约精神的塑造应主要通过法律、制度与机制的建设来实现。
The contract spirit is the core element and cultural backbone of modern commercial civilization and entrepreneurs' contract spirit is the fundamental condition for enterprises to cultivate the core competitive advantages and gain general public acceptance. However,this spirit is so seriously underdeveloped in Chinese traditional culture and business environment,the merchant's temperament is far from what the society and public expect. The contract spirits of products,employment and transaction make up three dimensions of entrepreneurs' contract spirit, among which the products one plays a leading role. The molding of entrepreneurs' contract spirit should be implemented by the constructions of law,systems and mechanisms.
