信息产业兴起于第二次世界大战以后,现如今在很多国家已逐渐取代传统行业成为促进经济发展的支柱产业。当前我国信息产业的发展主要面临结构不合理、创新能力不足、产学研结合不紧密和人才流失严重等问题。在文化科技融合的背景下,信息产业发展策略主要有:充分利用"互联网+"的大趋势,促进信息产业转型升级;充分利用大数据等技术,引领信息产业发展;推进产学研的紧密结合,改变文化科技体制;探索"互联网+"式课堂,培养复合型创新人才;提高自主创新能力,继续加大科研投入。

Since the Second World War, the information industry has gradually replaced the traditional industry as a pillar industry in the promotion of economic development in many countries. At present, the development of information industry in China is mainly faced with the problems of irrational structure, lack of innovation ability, the combination of production and research, serious brain drain, and so on. In the cultural integration of science and technology under the background of information industry development strategies are： make full use of the＂Internet plus trend＂, promote industrial restructuring and upgrading of information; make full use of big data technology,guiding the development of the information industry; combine to promote research, change the culture system of science and technology; to explore the ＂Internet plus＂teaching, cultivate innovative talents; improving the ability of independent innovation, and continue to increase investment in scientific research.
