摘要
目的观察采用半封闭式塑料薄膜外加包被包裹早产儿对其早期体温及生长发育的影响。方法将400例早产儿按随机数字表分为观察组和对照组各200例,两组早产儿均置于新生儿辐射保暖床上保暖,观察组采用半封闭式塑料薄膜结合新生儿包被包裹用于维持早产儿体温,对照组仅采用新生儿包被包裹,比较两组早产儿的体质量、身长、头围、胸围、体温情况。结果观察组早产儿第7天下午和傍晚、第14天清晨和下午及傍晚、第28天清晨和傍晚体温高于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组早产儿第7天体质量减少值低于对照组,第14、28天体质量增长值大于对照组(P<0.05);第28天,观察组早产儿身长、头围增长值大于对照组(P<0.05),两组胸围增长值比较无统计学意义。结论半封闭式塑料薄膜外加包被包裹利于调控早产儿体温,且对早产儿早期的体质量、身长、头围等增长有促进作用。
Objective To observe the effect of semi-closed plastic wrap combined with coating applied in early body temperature,growth and development of premature infants.Method Divide 400 premature infants into observation group and control group equally by random number table.Put all infants on radiant warmer.Semi-closed plastic film combined with coating is used for infants in observation group while infants in control group receive only coating.Compare the body mass,body length,head circumference,chest circumference and body temperature between two groups.Result Body temperature of infants in observation group in the 7th afternoon and evening,the 14 th morning,afternoon and evening,the 28 th morning and evening are all higher than infants in control group(P〈0.05).The value of body mass reduction is lower in the 7th day and the increase is higher in the 14 th and 28 th day in observation group than in control group(P〈0.05).There is higher value on growth of body length and head circumference in observation group than in control group(P〈0.05).There is no significant difference on chest circumference growth between two groups.Conclusion semi-closed plastic wrap combined with coating can help control body temperature of premature infants and improve growth of body mass,body length and head circumference.
