摘要
按照GB/T 10288-2003《羽绒羽毛检验方法》和JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立了不确定度的试验模型,分析了测试过程中不确定度的来源,对各不确定度分量进行评定和合成,计算出嗜温性需氧菌菌落数合成不确定度、扩展不确定度及其置信区间。结果表明,嗜温性需氧菌菌落数的扩展不确定度为0.0533,影响嗜温性需氧菌菌落数的测量不确定度主要来自操作过程的重复性。
According to GB/T 10288-2003 "Inspection Method of Down and Feather" and JJF 1059.1-2012"Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement", the test model of uncertainty has been established.This paper analyzes the origin of uncertainty in the process of testing, evaluates and synthesizes each component of uncertainty, and works out the uncertainty of mesophilic aerobic bacteria colonies, the expanded uncertainty and the confidence interval. The result shows that the expanded uncertainty of mesophilic aerobic bacteria colonies is 0.0533, which is influenced mainly by repeatability of the process.
