摘要
做好噪声信访工作是提高政府服务质量的一个重要内容,而信访噪声的监测目的与监测内容又与例行监测具有很大不同。在实际监测过程中,往往会忽略掉一些关联因素。通过笔者的实际经验,对信访噪声监测中一些环节提出了改进的建议,从而提高噪声信访监测的效果。
Noise petitio n work was an important element to improve the quality of government services. The monitoring purposes and the monitored content differed from the routine monitoring of noise. In the actual monitoring process, some of the associated factors were often ignored. In this paper, the author's practical experiences for improving noise monitoring petition were provided to improve the monitoring effect of the noise complaint.
