基于LEED体系下的绿色建筑设计——以虹源盛世国际文化城项目为例

On the Design of Green Building Based on LEED System——A Case Study of the International Cultural City Project Named Hong Yuan Sheng Shi

近几年来,绿色建筑得到了大力推崇,低碳环保已经成为当今社会对建筑的新要求,因此,绿色评价标准也日益重要,除我国自行推出的《绿色建筑评价标准》外,还引入了美国LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)评价体系,笔者正是以虹源盛世国际文化城项目为例,阐述双重评价体系在国内的应用,并分析其果效。

In recent years, green buildings has been vigorously promoted, low carbon and environmental protection has become the new requirements to buildings in today＇s society, so the green evaluation standard also become more and more important. In addition to our own ＂green building evaluation standard＂, also introduces the LEED（Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design） evaluation system. The author uses Hong Yuan Sheng Shi International Cultural City project as an example, declares the application of double evaluation systems in domestic, and analyses its effectiveness.
