基于《新地规》下的地下建筑工程试设计问题研究——以徐州市中央国际广场AB地块地下商业设计为例

Research on the Trial Design of the Underground Construction Based on the“New Rules” ——Taking the Uderground Commercial Design of AB Block in Xuzhou Central International Plaza as an Example

《地下建筑设计统一规范》简称《新地规》包括地下建筑工程总平面应合理布局、功能分区明确、节约用地、交通组织顺畅,以满足当地城市规划行政主管部门的有关规定和指标。本文主要以徐州市中央国际广场AB地块地下商业试设计为例,围绕规范内容,总结不同的工程实践经验,以印证规范的合理性与科学性。依照《新地规》中的规划与总平面要求、建筑设计、防灾设计三个专题为重点研究对象,阐述地下建筑设计的问题,并提出合理性的解决措施。

＂unified specification for design of underground structures＂（new ground rules） include construction plane of underground construction engineering should be reasonable layout, function partition,economical use of land,smooth traffic organization, to meet the rules and indicators of the local administrative competent authority of city planning. This article mainly uses AB block underground mall experimental design of central international square in Xuzhou as an example, around the content of standard, summing up the experience of different engineering, in order to verify the rationality and the scientific of new ground rules. According to general layout requirements, architecture design and disaster prevention design, three projects from ＂new ground rules＂ as key research object, this paper analyses some problems of the underground structures design, and puts forward reasonable solutions.
