废置旧厂房再生利用初探——以上海市闵行区钛白粉厂房改造为例

On the Recycling of Abandoned Old Factory ——A Case Study of the Transformation of Titanium Dioxide Plant in Minhang District, Shanghai

传统工业逐渐退出历史舞台后,城市核心工业区产生了大量闲置或废弃的旧厂房,如果能加强对旧厂房的回收改造,将对城市建设起到一个十分重要的城建意义。本文以上海钛白粉厂闲置厂房再生改造利用为例,提倡废置厂房的再生利用应优先考虑城市文化需求和社会资源节约再利用,兼顾建筑功能,从项目既有情况、现状分析、项目定位、总体布局、建筑内部空间改造、外部环境改造等方面详细介绍了废置厂房再生利用的过程,赋予建筑新的内涵,继续发挥厂房的使用价值,带来良好的社会经济价值。

since the traditional industry gradually withdrew from the historical stage,the urban core industrial zone appears a large number of idle or abandoned old factory buildings, if we can strengthen the recycling and reconstructing of old factory buildings,it will be important for the construction of the city.This paper takes regeneration using of idle workshops of Shanghai titanium dioxide factory as an example,Priority should be given to urban culture requirements and social resources saving and reuse,both building function at the same time.From existing situation of project,the status quo analys is,projectpositioning,generallayout,buildi ng internal space transformation,external environment transformation and so on,introduces recycling process of scrap workshops in detail.Add new meanings to the buildings, and continue to develop the use value of workshops,and brings perfect social and economic values.
