益心康泰胶囊联合曲美他嗪对不稳定性心绞痛患者颈动脉硬化及hs-CRP的影响

Influence of Yixin Kangtai Capsule Combined with Trimetazidine on Carotid Atherosclerosis and hs-CRP in Patients with Unstable Anagina Pectoris

目的：观察益心康泰胶囊联合曲美他嗪对不稳定性心绞痛患者颈动脉硬化及hs-CRP的影响。方法：将2013年12月—2014年12月在本院治疗的86例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和研究组各43例,两组均给予常规治疗,对照组加盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗,在对照组的基础上,研究组给予益心康泰胶囊。治疗8周后,观察两组患者治疗前后相关指标变化情况及临床疗效。结果：1治疗后,研究组有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组的83.72%,组间比较差异显著（χ^2=6.406,P=0.041〈0.05）;2两组治疗后SAQ评分均较治疗前有明显改善（P〈0.05）,且研究组治疗后的SAQ评分优于对照组（P〈0.05）;3两组治疗后IMT、ABI、PWV均明显降低,差异显著（P〈0.05）,且研究组的IMT、ABI、PWV均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;4两组治疗后的hs-CRP较治疗前均有显著性差异（t=4.250、8.316,P〈0.05）,研究组治疗后的hs-CRP明显低于对照组的（t=6.616,P=0.000〈0.05）。结论：益心康泰胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定性心绞痛效果优于单用曲美他嗪,能有效改善颈动脉硬化,抑制血小板激活和炎症反应。

Objective： To observe the influence of Yixin Kangtai Capsule combined with Trimetazidine on carotid atherosclerosis and hs-CRP in patients with unstable anagina pectoris. Methods： Totally 86 patients with unstable anagina pectoris hospitalized between December,2013 and December,2014 were randomized into control group and research group,with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment. Control group were added with Trimetazidine Hydrochloride and on the basis of this research group were additionally given Yixin Kangtai Capsule. After 8 weeks of treatment,the changes of relevant indicators and the clinical effects in both groups were observed. Results： 1） After the treatment,the effective rate was 93. 02% in research group and 83. 72% in control group; the difference between them was significant（ χ~2= 6. 406,P = 0. 041 〈 0. 05）; 2）The score of SAQ in both groups got obvious improvement compared before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05） and the improvement in research group was greater than that in control group P 〈 0. 05）. 3） The levels of IMT,ABI and PWV in both groups declined apparently（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the decline in research group was greater than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. 4） The difference of the level of hs-CRP between the two groups was significant after the treatment（ t = 4. 250,8. 316,P 〈 0. 05）,and the level of it in research group was obviously lower than that in control group（ t = 6. 616,P = 0. 000 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Yixin Kangtai Capsule combined with Trimetazidine has better therapeutic effects than the single Trimetazidine,and the former can effectively improve the carotid atherosclerosis and prevent activation of the blood platelet and inflammatory reaction in patients with unstable anagina pectoris.
