止喘汤联合耳穴压豆治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘55例

Fifty-Five Cases with Infantile Cough Variant Asthma Treated by Asthma-Checking Decoction Combined with Bean-Pressing on Auricular Points

目的:观察止喘汤联合耳穴压豆治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将本院收治的110例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组给予沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予止喘汤联合耳穴压豆治疗,连续治疗2周。观察临床疗效及相关指标的变化。结果:观察组咳嗽缓解时间、喘憋改善时间、咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为90.9%,明显高于对照组的74.5%(P<0.05);观察组FEV1、FVC、PEF%水平显著高于对照组,血清炎性因子hs-CRP、IL-4、IL-5、TNF-α、IgE水平则较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:止喘汤联合耳穴压豆治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘利于缓解患者的咳嗽、憋闷症状,缩短病程,提高肺功能,其机制可能与降低血清炎性因子水平有关。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Asthma-Checking Decoction combined with bean-pressing on auricular points on infantile cough various asthma（ CVA）. Methods： Totally 110 infants with CVA were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 55 cases in each group. Control group were given salbutamol aerosol inhalation while observation group were additionally given Asthma-Checking Decoction combined with bean-pressing on auricular points. Both groups were continuously treated for 2 weeks. The clinical effects and relevant indicators in the two groups were observed. Results： The time for cough relief,asthma and oppression relief,cough disappearance and wheezing rale disappearance in observation group was respectively shorter than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The effective rate of treatment group was 90. 9%,obviously higher than that（ 74.5%） in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The levels of FEV1,FVC and PEF% in treatment group were significantly higher than these in control group,while the decline in the levels of hs-CRP,IL-4,IL-5,TNF-αand IgE in observation group was significantly greater than that in control group; the difference had statistical significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Asthma-Checking Decoction combined with bean-pressing on auricular points has remarkable therapeutic effects of relieving cough and oppression symptoms of infantile CVA,shortening the treatment course and improving the lung function,and the mechanism may be related with the decline of the levels of serum inflammatory factors.
