辨证施护应用于宫外孕腹腔镜术后36例疗效观察

Observation of Nursing According to Syndrome Differentiation Applied to Thirty-Six Cases with Ectopic Pregnancy After Laparoscopy

目的:观察辨证施护应用于宫外孕腹腔镜术后的临床疗效。方法:将本院宫外孕腹腔镜术后患者72例,随机分为对照组和护理组各36例,对照组给予一般优质护理,包括术前护理、术中护理及术后护理,治疗组从第1天晚加服逍遥祛瘀汤,连续服用7 d,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:护理组HAMD评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理组住院满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫外孕腹腔镜术后患者采用辨证施护可以提高住院满意度,减轻患者焦虑、抑郁状态。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of nursing according to syndrome differentiation on ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopy. Methods： Control group were given common high-quality nursing,including per-operative nursing,intra-operative nursing and post-operative nursing. For the treatment group,Decoction of Free Wonderer and Blood-Stasis Removing was given on the evening of the first day and for 7 days’ use. Results： The HAMD score in nursing group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the satisfaction degree in nursing group was better than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Nursing according to syndrome differentiation can enhance the satisfactory degree,reduce the anxity and depression state of the patients with ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopy.
