概述了双加压法稀硝酸装置适宜采用的节能减排技术和稀硝酸装置开车过程的优化。对稀硝酸装置吸收工艺进行优化调整后,有效提高了吸收效率;优化稀硝酸装置开车过程后,不仅缩短了开车时间,而且不会造成氨和蒸汽的浪费。
The energy saving and discharge reducing technology suitable for dual-pressure dilute nitric acid unit to use and optimization of start-up process of dilute nitric acid unit are summarized. After optimal adjustment of absorption process of dilute nitric acid unit, the absorption efficiency is improved effectively; after optimization of start-up process of dilute nitric acid unit, not only the startup time is shortened, but also it does not waste ammonia and steam.
