改良电渗析法和集成膜法在硝酸铵废水回收中的应用

Use of Improved Electrodialysis Process and Integrated Membrane Process in Ammonium Nitrate Wastewater Recovery

分析了电渗析法处理硝酸铵废水存在的问题,介绍了常规电渗析浓缩分离与特种电去离子深度处理相结合的改良型电渗析法以及集成膜技术在硝酸铵废水处理中的应用。对于现有采用电渗析法处理硝酸铵废水的企业,建议增设电去离子深度处理装置;对于新建企业,建议采用先进的集成膜技术对硝酸铵废水进行处理。

The problems in treatment of ammonium nitrate wastewater with electrodialysis process are aseparation and special eleetrodeionisation advanced treatment, and integrated membrane technology in treatment of ammonium nitrate wastewater are presented. For the existing plants treating ammonium nitrate wastewater with eleetrodialysis process, adding electrodeionisation advanced treatment equipment is suggested; for the new build plants, it is proposed that the advanced integrated membrane process should be used in treatment of ammonium nitrate wastewater.
