摘要 发展循环经济不仅是为了保护环境而发展综合利用废弃物的产业,而且是一种新的资源配置和布局模式。在此形势下,先进的资源化技术必然脱颖而出。在"十三五"开局之年的2016年,拟通过逆流串级浸出提取草木灰中钾盐的方法这一先进技术在全国范围内的推广应用,推动草木灰资源化的产业化,助力国家生态文明建设。 The development of circular economy is not only to develop comprehensive waste utilization industry for protecting environment, it is also a new pattern of allocation and distribution of resources. Under such a situation, advanced recycling technology is bound to emerge. It is intended that in 2016, the first year of Thirteenth Five-Year Plan, the promotion nationwide of popularization and application of the advanced technology, eountercurrent cascade leaching and extracting method of potassium in plant ash, will push forward industrialization of plant ash resource and boost national ecological civilization construction.
