Analysis of the National Decision- making Meteorological Service Business Technology Present Situation and Development

从国家级气象服务业务现状和产品特点出发;分析决策服务产品中存在的不足,挖掘出业务支撑技术中存在的突出问题:数据信息支撑不力、科学技术和人才补给严重不足、系统支撑平台建设分散或功能重复等;针对制约决策服务科技水平提高存在的问题,从加强决策服务数据支撑建设、加快相关规范标准的形成日程、深入相关科学技术开发研究、完善支撑系统平台建设、加强综合性人才培养、增加决策服务科研投入等6个方面论述了国家级决策服务需要改进或努力的方向。

This article embarks from the national decision- making services business status,introduces generally the current decision service product features. By analyzing the defects of the decision service products,outstanding problems that exist in the business support technology are excavated. It mainly displays in lack of data and information support,science and technology and talent shortage of supply,system supporting platform construction scattered or repeat,etc. Finally aiming at the problems restricting the decision service level of science and technology,the paper discusses the national decision- making services need to improve or effort direction from six aspects,such as to strengthen the construction of the decision service data support,to speed up the related standard schedule of formation and in- depth development of science and technology research,to improve the supporting system platform construction,strengthening comprehensive talents,to increase the decision service scientific research investment.
