摘要
[目的]探讨菊苣种子萌发期的耐盐能力,为菊苣萌发期耐盐性鉴定提供技术支撑。[方法]利用地下咸水胁迫法,通过相关性分析、主成分分析和回归分析,研究不同咸水浓度对种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根长及胚芽长等指标及其相对值的影响。[结果]低浓度(0.2%)咸水对种子萌发有促进作用;相对发芽指数和相对胚根长适宜作为耐盐性鉴定指标;菊苣萌发期的耐盐阈值为0.6%左右。[结论]菊苣萌发期的耐盐性鉴定指标为相对发芽指数和相对胚根长;适宜作为菊苣萌发期耐盐鉴定的咸水浓度为0.6%。
[Objective] The aim was to discuss salt tolerance ability in seed germination period of chicory and provide technical support for salt resistance identification of chicory in germination period.[Method] Using underground salt water stress method,through correlation analysis,principle component and regression analysis,effects of salt water with different salinity on indicators (seed germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vigor index,radicle length,plumule length) and relative value were studied.[Result] Lowsah water concentration (0.2%) had promoting effect on seed germination.Relative germination and relative radicle length were suitable for salt tolerance identification indexes.Salt-tolerant threshold of chicory in germination period was about 0.6%.[Conclusion] Salt tolerance identification indexes of chicory in seed germination period were relative germination index and relative radicle length.The suitable salt water concentration for identification was 0.6%.
