摘要
[目的]研究氯吡嘧磺隆对斑马鱼肝脏中抗氧化酶、ATP酶和Ach E酶活性的影响。[方法]通过化学品半静态式鱼类静态试验研究斑马鱼肝脏中CAT、SOD、GSTs、Na^+K^+、Ca^(2+)Mg^(2+)-ATPase、Ach E酶的活性和MDA含量。[结果]在低浓度处理中,氯吡嘧磺隆对CAT、SOD和GSTs起到诱导作用;高浓度组中氯吡嘧磺隆对CAT、SOD、GSTs、ATPase、Ach E酶均起到抑制作用。[结论]亚致死剂量氯吡嘧磺隆会对斑马鱼肝脏造成损伤。
[Objective] The aim was to study effects of Halosulfuron-methy on the activity of antioxidant enzyme,ATPase,Ache enzyme in zebra fish liver.[Method] By chemicals-semi-static fish test,CAT,SOD,GSTs,MDA and Na+K +,Ca2+ Mg2+-ATPase,AchE enzym activities and MDA content in zebra fish liver were studied.[Result] Under lower concentration treatment,halosulfuron-methy induced CAT,SOD,GSTs in zebra fish liver.CAT,SOD,GSTs,ATPase,AchE enzyme were restrained with higher concentration of halosulfuron-methy.[Conclusion] Zebra fish' s liver is injured hy sublethal dose of halosulfuron-methy.
