摘要
[目的]探讨不同抗生素替代品对育肥猪生产性能的影响,为生猪无抗饲料的开发与应用奠定基础.[方法]在基础日粮基础上分别添加复合微生态制剂100 mg/kg、复合酶制剂100 mg/kg、杜仲素500和1 000 mg/kg,以添加硫酸粘杆菌素300 mg/kg为对照,对15 kg左右的二元杂交商品猪进行为期102 d的饲养试验.[结果]用复合微生态制剂、复合酶制剂替代抗生素对育肥猪(15~90 kg)的日增重、日采食量、料重比等指标没有不利影响;用杜仲素替代抗生素对15~30 kg育肥猪的日增重、日采食量、料重比等指标没有不利影响,对30~90 kg育肥猪的日增重有显著影响(P<0.05),对其他指标没有不利影响.[结论]利用新型绿色环保添加剂替代抗生素,开发生猪无抗饲料是可行的.
[Objective] The aim was to discuss effects of different antibiotics substitutes on fattening pig production performance,and lay a foundation for development and application of pig feed.[Method] Adding 100 mg/kg compound probiotics,100 mg/kg compound enzyme,500 and 1 000 mg/kg en-commin on the basis of basal diet,with adding 300 mg/kg Bacillus sulfate as control,binary hybrid pigs about 15 kg were tested for 102 days.[Result] Using compound probiotics,compound enzyme instead of antibiotics had no adverse effects on daily weight gain,daily feed intake and ratio of feed and weight of pigs(15-90 kg);using Bacillus sulfate substitute had no adverse effect on daily weight gain,daily feed intale and ratio of feed and weight of pigs at 15-30 kg stage,while it had significant influence on daily weight gain of pigs at 30-90 kg(P < O.05).[Conclusion] Using new type environmental protection additive instead of antibiotics is feasible for development of pig feeds.
