摘要 笔者分析了湖南科技学院细胞生物学实验课程教学现状,主要是课时少,重视度不够;教学模式落后,内容更新少;教学方法单一,教学辅助资源少;实验考核制度不科学,主观性强。针对细胞生物学实验课程教学存在的诸多问题,提出了相关的教学改革与创新的意见,主要强调应合理制订实验计划,优化教学内容;改革教学模式,将科研融入教学;运用多种教学方法和手段,实现教学良性互动;开放实验室,建立网络教学平台;重视实验管理,采用科学的考核制度。细胞生物学实验教学改革的目标在于更好地培养学生的观察能力、动手能力、思维能力和创新能力,培养学生严谨的科学态度。 We analyzed the present situations of Cell Biology experiment teaching in College of Chemistry and Bioengineering,Hunan University of Science and Engineering,which mainly included less course hours,not enough attention,backward teaching mode,less content update,single teaching method,less auxiliary teaching resources,unscientific experimental evaluation system,and strong subjectivity.According to the problems in experiment teaching of Cell Biology,suggestions of relevant teaching reform and innovation were put forward,such as rationally establishing experimental plan,optimizing teaching content,reforming teaching model,integrating research into teaching,using various teaching method and means,realizing the benign interaction of teaching,opening the laboratory,establishing network teaching platform,paying attention to experiment management,and adopting scientific appraisal system.The reform target of Cell Biology experiment teaching was to better cultivate the students' observation ability,operational ability,thinking ability and innovation ability,and to cultivate the rigorous scientific attitude of students.
