摘要
目的探讨血浆HOXA13蛋白对肝癌的诊断价值。方法选择2014年3月1日至2014年12月30日郑州大学人民医院住院患者及健康体检者为研究对象,分为肝癌组(n=62)、肝硬化组(n=30)和健康对照组(n=30),应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测3组研究对象血浆中HOXA13蛋白和甲胎蛋白(AFP)浓度。结果肝癌组中平均血浆HOXA13蛋白浓度[(715.42±352.31)pg/ml]分别较肝硬化组[(265.58±159.27)pg/ml]和健康对照组[(215.50±120.93)pg/ml]高(P<0.01)。HOXA13和AFP联合诊断肝癌的敏感度(88.7%)明显高于HOXA13(71.0%)和AFP(61.3%)单独诊断时的敏感度。结论血浆HOXA13蛋白在诊断肝癌方面很可能具有重要价值,HOXA13和AFP联合检测可提高诊断肝癌的敏感度。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the plasma HOXA13 protein for hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods The research objects were divided into hepatocellular carcinoma group (n =62),liver cirrhosis group (n =30)and healthy con-trol group (n =30),including patients and healthy people from March 1,2014 to December 30,2014 in People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou University.Plasma HOXA13 protein and α-fetoprotein (AFP)levels of research objects were measured by enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The average of the plasma HOXA13 protein expression in HCC [(715.42 ± 352.31)pg/ml]was significantly higher than that of liver cirrhosis group [(265.58 ±159.27)pg/ml]and healthy control group [(215.50 ±120.93)pg/ml](P 〈0.05).When combining AFP and HOXA13 protein,greater sensitivity of HCC(88.7%) could be achieved than HOXA13 protein(71.0%)or AFP(61.3%),respectively.Conclusion Plasma HOXA13 protein may have important value in the diagnosis of HCC.The combination of HOXA13 and AFP could improve the sensitivity of HCC.
