胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的影像学特点分析

The imaging features of solid pseudo papillary tumor of pancreas

目的探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的影像学(CT和MRI)特点。方法选取胰腺实性假乳头状瘤10例,均经病理证实,行CT和MRI诊断,回顾临床资料。结果接受CT检查的5例中,2例囊实性比例相当,2例以囊性为主,1例以实性为主。接受MRI检查的5例中,2例囊实性比例相当,3例以实性为主。肿瘤边界均较清,包膜完整。结论胰腺实性假乳头状瘤在影像学上具有一定特征,当胰腺内有包膜清晰的囊实性肿块时,实质部分呈程度不同的强化,结合患者临床资料,需考虑胰腺实性假乳头状瘤诊断。

Objective To evaluate the imaging features （CT and MRI）of solid pseudo papillary tumor of pancreas.Meth-ods 10 cases of solid pseudo papillary tumor of pancreas were selected and confirmed by pathology.CT and MRI were per-formed and the clinical data were reviewed.Results Of 5 cases with CT examination,2 cases showed nearly the same proportion of solid and cystic part,2 cases with cystic as the main,1 case with solid as the main.Of 5 cases with MRI examination,2 cases showed nearly the same proportion of solid and cystic part,3 cases with solid as the main.The tumor boundary was relatively clear,and the envelope was complete.Conclusion When there is a solid mass with clear cystic in the pancreas and the paren-chyma shows different degree of enhancement,combined with the clinical data of patients,the diagnosis of solid pseudo papillary tumor of pancreas need to be considered.
