血管超声与脑血管造影诊断颈动脉狭窄的临床价值对比 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较血管超声与脑血管造影诊断颈动脉狭窄的临床价值。方法对2014年8月至2015年8月中牟县第二人民医院收治的120例缺血性脑血管病患者行颈动脉血管彩超及数字减影血管造影术(DSA)检查,记录相关临床资料并进行回顾性分析。结果以DSA作为金标准,血管超声诊断颈内动脉狭窄敏感性为79.16%,特异性为94.82%;诊断颈总动脉狭窄敏感性为71.43%,特异性为98.24%。结论血管超声诊断颈动脉狭窄敏感性、特异性均较高,可用于颈动脉狭窄的筛选以及随访。
