摘要
以市场上购买的5种方便面纸碗为检测对象,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定其中重金属镉、铜、铅的含量。该方法相对标准偏差均小于5%,回收率在93.9%-104.3%之间,适合用于方便面纸碗中重金属镉、铜、铅的含量检测。
Samples were prepared from five kinds of instant noodle paper bowl. The content of three heavy metals,cad- mium, copper and lead, was detected by atomic adsorption spectrometry respectively. Under the optimum conditions, none of the standard deviations was above 5%, and the recoveries of five kinds of paper bowl ranged from 93.9% to 104. 3%. The method is suitable to determine the content of cadmium, copper and lead from instant noodle paper bowl.
