摘要
气门挺杆是发动机进气系统的重要组成部件,清洗过的气门挺杆应具有很高的洁净度。当气门挺杆开口朝下放入超声波清洗槽清洗时,工件的顶部会因为存在空气而使清洗液不能完全进入,使局部清洁度达不到要求。通过研究设计一种自动翻转料框,可将气门挺杆的空气排出,清洗液完全浸入,极大地改善了超声清洗的效果。
As the valve tappet is an important part of engine air intake system,the cleanliness is required to achieve a high level.When put the valve tappet downward into the ultrasonic cleaners,cleaning fluid will not fill the top of valve tappet because of the air.Local cleaning quality can not meet the requirement.The automatically overturned loader proposed in this paper can remove the air in the top of the valve tappet,and improve the ultrasonic cleaning effect.
