社会工作方法在高校辅导员队伍建设中有很好的应用,结合＂三化＂建设中高校辅导员工作存在的问题,运用社会工作的三种方法——个案方法、小组方法和社区工作方法,进行高校辅导员队伍建设,利于提高辅导员的整体水平,实现＂三化＂的伟大进步。

The application of social work method in the construction of college counselors team has been proved successful. According to the existing problems of ＂Three Orientation＂ of the construction of college counselors, we can apply three methods of social work, namely the case study, the group method and the community work, to build college counselors team, which is conducive to improve the overall level of counselors and to realize the progress of ＂Three Orientation＂
