摘要
600MW亚临界汽轮机在上世纪80年代末引入我国,其技术经济水平已经落后。通过对汽轮机进行通流改造,可大幅提高机组的运行经济性。针对某600MW亚临界汽轮机通流改造的热力设计问题,从热力系统、通流设计等方面出发,对其进行了详细分析及论述,并提出了相应的优化设计方案。结果表明:改造后机组热耗可降低477k J/(k W·h),经济效益显著。
600MW sub-critical steam turbine was introduced in the late 80' s of last century, its technical and economic level has already been out of date. In order to improve the operation economy of the unit, the turbine is needed to be reformed. For the thermal design of the reform of one 600MW turbine, we analyze and discuss the thermal system, the flow path design and so on, and put forward the optimized design scheme. The result shows that the unit heat consumption has been reduced by 477kJ/(kW · h) , and the economic benefit is obvious.
