摘要 通过CFD方法计算分析了某工业汽轮机3级冲动式透平级,获得了较为详细的叶栅中的三维流场结构,研究了静动叶栅中二次流的发生发展过程及对叶栅出口气流角和损失分布的影响。 CFD numerical simulation has been done to investigate three dimensional flow structure in a three stages impulse steam turbine. Origination and development of secondary flow has been researched, thus the influence of secondary flow on cascade outlet flow angle and aerodynamic loss distribution has been illuminated.
