摘要
基于供热机组变工况计算,从供回水温度入手,绘制供回水温度分布图;划分出供热初末期、次寒期、严寒期3个供热阶段,每个阶段取一个典型工况,将复杂的供热研究转化为对3个典型工况的研究;对比中排方案,研究高背压供热方案与热泵方案供热能力和经济效益。结果表明,热泵方案供热能力稍强,而高背压供热改造方案可以取得较好的综合经济效益。
Based on heating unit off-design calculation, starting from the temperatures of supply and return water, temperature distribution map of supply and return water was made; Heating period was divided into three phases early-last heating period, secondary cold heating period, cold heating period, and each chose one typical condition, thus the complex heating research was turned into the research of three typical conditions ; Compared with extracting steam for heating, this paper discussed the heat supply capacity and economic benefits of the scheme of supplying heat from high back pressure and the scheme of supplying heat by heat pump. The result shows that the heating supply capacity of the heat pump scheme is slightly stronger, and the high back pressure heating scheme can achieve better economic benefit.
