脑出血患者血清中IL-10与周围脑组织水肿的相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究脑出血患者血清中IL-10与周围脑组织水肿的相关性。方法选取基底节区脑出血患者42例,作为脑出血组,选取健康体检者18例,作为对照组。对体检者进行一次静脉采血,脑出血组患者于第1天、第7天、第14天各进行一次静脉采血,检测所有人员的IL-10量,观察脑水肿量以及通过IL-10的OD值检测计算其浓度。结果 (1)脑血肿组跟正常对照组相比,3次测量结果中,IL-10检测浓度呈增高的趋势,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)同期检查者CT结果显示,血肿体积逐渐增大,相应血肿周围的水肿情况也随之增加。(3)IL-10的浓度与血肿周围的水肿呈正比例关系。结论 IL-10的含量与血肿的大小程度有一定的关联,与脑出血患者的周围脑水肿程度呈正比例关系,部份反映了人体脑出血后IL-10与血肿周围水肿形成的关系,为临床脑出血的治疗和进一步研究提供一些理论依据。 Objective To study the correlation between serum IL- 10 and edema of peripheral brain tissue in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 42 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia region from the Department of Neurosurgery of First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University were selected as the cerebral hemorrhage group,and 18 cases of health examination in our hospital were selected as the control group. A venous blood on physical examination of cerebral hemorrhage patients were collected on day 1,7 and 14,respectively. The IL- 10 amount in venous blood samples of all persons were detected,and the observation of brain edema and the OD value of detection of IL- 10 to calculate the concentration. Results 1. Compared with the normal control group,all the results in the brain hematoma group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). 2. Over the same period,the CT results showed that the hematoma volume increased gradually,and the edema around the hematoma was increased. 3. The concentration of IL- 10 was positively correlated to the edema around the hematoma. Conclusion The content of IL- 10 was related to the size of the hematoma,and the degree of cerebral edema in patients with cerebral hemorrhage was proportional to the degree of cerebral edema,in part reflecting the relationship between human brain hemorrhage after IL- 10 and edema around the hematoma formation,provide some theoretical basis for the further study and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.
