多排螺旋CT三维重建技术在孤立性肺结节中的应用

Observation of the application effect of multi slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique on solitary pulmonary nodules

目的探讨多排螺旋电子计算机断层扫描(Computed Tomography,CT)三维重建技术在孤立性肺结节中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析50例于孤立性肺结节患者的临床资料。结果三维重建技术组征象(分叶征、毛刺征以及胸膜牵拉征等)的显示率明显高于CT组,且其征象诊断的准确性、特异性、敏感性、阴性预测值以及阳性预测值均明显高于CT组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在孤立性肺结节的临床诊断中,多层螺旋CT三维重建技术具有确切的应用价值,值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of multi- slice spiral computed tomography（ CT） in the application of three- dimensional reconstruction technique on solitary pulmonary nodules. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The display rate of signs（ points Ye Zheng,burr,and pleural pull,etc.） in3 d reconstruction technology group is significantly higher than those in CT group,and the diagnosis accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,negative predictive value and positive predictive value of signs in 3 d group were significantly higher than that in CT group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules,multi slice spiral CT three- dimensional reconstruction technology has the exact application value,it is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
