住院医师规范化培训已成为临床医师培训体系中的必需过程。本文针对超声科住院医师规范化培训中"导师制"带教模式的现状,从导师选择、"导师制"的实施及考评制度的完善几个方面对如何提高超声科住院医师规范化培训带教效果进行了分析。

Standardized training of residents has become the necessary steps of medical clinical training system.According to present condition on＂tutorial system＂in standardized training of residents in ultrasound department,how to improve the quality of standardized training was analyzed from the aspects of choice of tutors,establishment of the tutorial system and improvement of the evaluation system.
