PEEK/AlN/CF复合材料动态力学性能的研究

Dynamic Mechanical Properties of Polyetheretherketone/Aluminum Nitride/Carbon Fiber Composites

摘要 以聚醚醚酮(PEEK)为基体树脂、氮化铝(AlN)和碳纤维(CF)为填料,通过模压成型的方法制备了PEEK/AlN/CF复合材料,利用导热系数测定仪和动态热机械分析仪(DMA)等测试手段,对复合材料的导热性能、力学性能和动态力学性能等进行测试和表征。结果表明,当PEEK,AlN,CF的质量比为9∶1∶1时,PEEK/AlN/CF复合材料拉伸强度和冲击强度分别为132.8 MPa和10.2kJ/m^2;随着CF含量增加,PEEK/AlN/CF复合材料的储能模量逐渐增加,扫描频率越高,复合材料的损耗因子越低;另外采用Arrhenius方程计算的PEEK/AlN/CF复合材料在α转变时分子运动活化能为299.3kJ/mol。 The poly (ether ether ketone) (PEEK)/ aluminum nitride (A1N) /carbon fiber (CF) composite was prepared by compression molding, in which CF and A1N were used as matrix fillers. The thermal conductivity, mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical property were characterized respectively by thermal conductivity instrument and dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA). The results showed that when PEEK, AIN, CF mass ratio was 9 : 1 : 1, tensile strength and impact strength of PEEK/A1N/CF composites were 132.8 MPa and 10. 2 kJ/m^2, respectively. As the content of CF increased, the storage modulus of PEEK/A1N/CF composites increased gradually. The loss factor of PEEK/CF/AIN composites increased with the increase of scanning frequency, in addition, the activation energy of molecular motion calculated by the Arrhenius equation was 299.3 kJ/mol.
