毛衫花型意匠图比例与应用研究

长期以来毛衫花型设计应用1∶1意匠图,造成形态比例失调影响花型艺术美。针对这一问题在手摇横机和电脑横机上进行试验,得出10 cm^2内意匠图纵、横线比例的平均值:手摇机为0.75∶1,电脑机为0.81∶1,并按此比例制作新意匠图纸。针对电脑横机中1∶1意匠图,也给出了针、行比例的计算公式,该措施可使毛衫花型的形态比例得到有效控制,真正地展示出花型的艺术效果。

For a long period of time,the 1∶ 1 artistic conception drawing is applied in the design of sweater with flowers,leading to maladjustment of configuration proportion and affecting the flowers＇ artistic beauty. Aims at this issue,this paper puts forward that it is mainly due to disunion between 1∶ 1artistic conception drawing and the proportion of stitch and row of the actual fabric. Through a series of tests on hand-knitting machine and computer flat-knitting machine,the average value of the vertical and horizontal line proportion of flowers artistic conception drawing within 10 cm-2 is educed,for handcranked machine,it is 0. 75∶ 1,for computer machine,it is 0. 81∶ 1. Making the new artistic conception drawing according to this proportion. In addition, it also presents the formula for calculating the proportion of stitch and row,through these two measures,sweater flowers type shape ratio will be effectively controlled,without losing the design intent,effectively display the artistic effect of flower.
