摘要
针对兔毛针织物在服用过程中的掉毛、起毛起球、缩水3个问题,采用含硅丙烯酸树脂对兔毛针织物进行微波聚合整理,通过酶处理、自制树脂类整理剂、自制含硅树脂整理剂3种方式,分别对纤维表面形貌、掉毛量、起毛起球性、缩水率、最大吸湿率、织物表面水接触角、蓬松度等一系列性能进行对比,研究表明:含硅丙烯树脂整理使兔毛针织物有更好的抗掉毛率与抗起毛起球性,在最大吸湿率与蓬松度不影响手感的情况下,降低了兔毛针织物缩水率并增大了表面疏水性。
The rabbit hair knitted fabric has fairfalling,fuzzing and pilling,shrinking three problems in normal use. In this paper,the polyacrylates with silicones resin is conducted on the rabbit hair knitted fabric by microwave polymerization. Fiber morphology, the amount of hair loss, pilling, washing shrinkage,maximum moisture absorption,contact angle of surface and filling power are compared with the rabbit hair knitted fabrics by protease,self-made polyacrylates resin or self-made polyacrylates with silicones. Research result shows that the rabbit hair knitted fabric which is finished by the polyacrylates with silicones resin has better anti-fairfalling and anti-fuzzing-pilling. In addition,it reduces washing shrinkage and increases contact angle of surface when maximum moisture absorption and filling power don't effect on handfeel.
