摘要
数字图像处理算法对数码印花设备的印花效果和印花速度有着至关重要的作用。图形图像经过光栅图像处理器栅格化成数字矩阵信息,文章主要涉及图像处理中图像再现算法的研究。通过对栅格化后的图像数据进行拆分进行数据重组与再分配,提供数码印花设备喷头所能识别的点阵信息。为了适应喷头的物理结构,添加相应的偏移量,适合双向可调。针对图像加网时产生的失真,提出了可变点打印方式,能够喷印出多种分辨率效果的图像。所提出的算法能够有效的提高数据处理速度、喷印速度和喷印效果。
Digital image processing algorithm plays a vital role in printing quality and printing speed.By a raster image processor,graphic image processing into a digital matrix,this paper main researched algorithm for image reproduction on image processing. Through to split the image data,and then data reorganization and redistribution, provide digital printing equipment nozzle can identified bitmap information. And in order to adapt to the physical structure of nozzle,add reasonable offsets,suitable for two-way adjustable. Deal with the image processing of distortion,and puts forward the variation points to print,this way can print out the effect of multiple resolution image. This algorithm can effectively improve the data processing speed,spray speed and spray print effect.
