北京纺织服装产业国际竞争力与碳排放关系实证分析

Empirical analysis of Beijing textile and clothing industry between international market share and carbon emission

文章阐述了北京服装产业的发展现状,分析低碳化的政策导向。通过对2003—2012年北京纺织业能源消耗、出口额等数据的整理分析,测算北京纺织服装行业碳排放量;通过2003—2012年世界服装行业总出口数据与北京市服装行业出口数据,测算国际市场占有率作为国际竞争力的测算指标。通过构建计量模型,分析北京纺织服装产业国际竞争力与碳排放之间存在的关系。根据测算结果及回归模型分析结果,提出北京市纺织服装产业的可持续性发展路径及低能减排的有效方法。

Textile and clothing industry is the mainstay industry here and makes numerous contribution to the export market. In recent years,with the development of the society,people pay more attention on environmental issues,how to ensure that the textile and clothing industry keep contributing to the economic development of Beijing while protecting the environment and reducing its carbon emissions at the same time has become the focus of concern,that is also a main question about how to make the industrial upgrading come true. Based on the 2003—2012 Beijing in the textile industry energy consumption,exports value and other data,the author,analyzing and building econometric model,aimed at research the relationship between international competitiveness and carbon emissions of the textile and clothing industry in Beijing,according to the revelation given by the model,making an effective way to reduce energy emission and build a sustainable model of textile and clothing industry.
