高职院校党建与思想政治工作协同创新研究——以无锡科技职业学院为例

Research on Collaborative Innovation of Party Building, Ideological and Political Work in Vocational Colleges——Illustrated by the case of Wuxi Vocational College of Science and Technology

探讨了高职院校党建与思想政治工作协同创新的必要性,并以无锡科技职业学院的实践为例,总结分析了通过树立协同创新工作理念,打造协同创新队伍体系,建构协同创新理论与实践平台,拓展协同创新形式和载体等措施,将高校党建与思想政治工作的优势结合起来,实现二者一体化协同发展,发挥合力的经验。

This paper analyzes the necessity of collaborative innovation of party building combined with ideological and political work in vocational colleges. Taking Wuxi Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example, the writer, based on the belief of collaborative innovation, proposes to forge the innovation team system, construct the theoretical and practice platform, broaden the form and carrier of collaborative innovation, so as to combine the strengths of party building with ideological and political work, achieve the collaborative development of the integration of the two fields and make concerted effort on moral education.
