势能函数极小化与平板折叠桌设计

摘要 解决按要求设计折叠桌的问题。采用中点划分法分割平板,利用几何关系算出桌腿开槽长度,给出桌脚边缘线参数方程。以用料最少为优化目标,根据产品稳固、加工方便和制作可行设定限制条件,重点通过势能函数极小化保障稳固性,利用遗传算法筛选最优加工参数。用桌面函数和桌腿投影抽象客户的任意需求,并由此自行模拟出六边形和八边形的特色折叠桌。 The paper solves the problem of designing folding tables according to the requirements. By the method of point division, the slot length of the leg is calculated by geometric relation, and the parameters of the edge line of the table are given. To minimize the use of materials as the goal, the author sets restrictions according to product stability, processing convenience and production feasibility, focuses on the minimization of the potential energy function to guarantee stability, and selects the optimal processing parameters with genetic algorithm. Desktop function and table leg projection are used to abstract the arbitrary requirements of the customer, and then the paper creatively simulates the hexagonal and octagonal folding tables.
