摘要
为给进一步萃取精馏分离正丁醇-异丁醇提供参考依据,建立了单级循环汽液平衡装置,测定了正丁醇-异丁醇的汽液平衡(VLE)数据,用最小方差法(LVM)关联模拟,用Van Ness-Mrazek法验证了热力学一致性。采用UNIFAC预测法基础上的气相色谱实验法进行最佳萃取溶剂筛选,选择一组萃取溶剂,分别测定溶剂与正丁醇-异丁醇之间的汽液平衡数据,比较相对挥发度和选择度,最终选择甘油作为最佳萃取溶剂。通过验证实验,可得到质量分数为97.42%的正丁醇和99.68%的异丁醇。
In order to provide further reference for extracting, distilling and separating isobutanol and butanol,the paper sets up a single-level vapor-liquid equilibrium device, measures the vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE)data, and uses the least variance method(LVM) to correlate and simulate it and tests the thermodynamic consistency by Van Ness-Mrazek method. The candidate solvents are generated by UNIFAC prediction method, and the VLE data between butanol- isobutanol and extracting solvent is measured by gas chromatography. By comparison of relative volatility and selection, Glycerin is selected as the best solvent.The purity of isobutanol and butanol could be reached up to 97.42% and 99.68% respectively in the confirmatory experiment.
