摘要
对于表贴式永磁电机而言,定子侧开槽会导致气隙磁场分布不均匀。永磁体在不均匀的交变磁场中会产生感应电场,感应电场会在永磁体内部产生涡流,从而产生涡流损耗。涡流损耗的热量可能导致永磁体温升较高,导致永磁体发生不可逆去磁风险,因此对于涡流损耗的研究很有必要。通过建立二维平面下的电磁场方程,得出了永磁体涡流损耗的解析解,与有限元仿真结果进行对比表明此方法可行。
In the surface-mounted permanent magnet motor,stator slot will lead to uneven distribution of magnetic field in air gap. In an alternating magnetic field,an induction electric field can be generated in the interior of the permanent magnet,and the induced electric field can generate the eddy current in the permanent magnet,thereby causing the eddy current loss. The temperature of PMs will be very high,will lead to the irreversible demagnetization. The analytical expression for the PM eddy current loss was derived from the electromagnetic equation in rectangular coordinate system. So it was necessary to study the eddy current in the PMs. The results of the PM eddy current loss by analytic method and 2D finite element method( FEM)was compared,the proposed method was confirmed.
