基于涤纶帘布浸胶基质的环氧树脂与强化松香胶的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以环氧树脂(EP)和强化松香胶为胶乳的基质,对涤纶帘布进行预处理,以增强涤纶帘线与橡胶之间的粘接力;然后对两种基质的表面能和溶解度参数进行了分析。研究结果表明:两种基质在渗透性、黏合剂掺量、不同浸胶液和轮胎动力载荷能力等方面进行比较,EP基质在涤纶帘线浸胶过程中具有相对更好的使用性能。 In order to enhance bonding force between polyester tire cord and rubber,the polyester tire cordfabric was pretreated when the epoxy resin(EP)and pexol were used as matrixes of latex. Then,the surface energyand solubility parameters of the two kinds of matrixes were analyzed. The research results showed that the two kindsof matrixes were compared in permeability,adhesive contents,different soak glue liquids and tire dynamic loadability,the EP matrix in the process of dipping polyester tire cord had the relatively better using properties.
