焦甜香味搭口胶的制备及其在卷烟中的应用

Preparation of seam adhesive with toasted sweet flavor and its application in cigarette

以WBA/C70烟用搭口胶为主体材料,适当增加焦甜香精浓度,引入聚乙烯醇（PVA）、羧甲基纤维素钠（CMC）,制得焦甜香味搭口胶,并确定了其最佳的制备工艺。研究结果表明：该焦甜香味搭口胶可在卷烟车速为6 000～10 000支/min的范围内正常使用,并且其粘接效果良好,具有较好的上机适应性;该搭口胶能赋予卷烟明显的嗅香特征,具有令人愉悦的焦甜气息,与烤烟烟香协调,并且卷烟的香气质显著提升、香气量比较丰富,从而为卷烟加香辅材产品的研究开发提供了新的思路。

With WBA/C70 cigarette seam adhesive as main material,the seam adhesive with toasted sweetflavor was prepared by properly increasing toasted sweet essence concentration,and introducing polyvinylalcohol（PVA）and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose（CMC）into system,and its optimal preparation process wasconfirmed. The research results showed that the seam adhesive with toasted sweet flavor had the better machineoperation adaptability because it could be normally use in the cigarette speed scope of 6 000-10 000 root/min,andits bonding effect was good. The seam adhesive can give cigarette obvious nose incense characteristic because it hadthe pleasant toasted sweet flavor,coordinated with smoke incense of flue-cured tobacco,and the cigarette had theobviously increased aroma quality and richer aroma quantity,so a new thought for research and development ofauxiliary material product for perfuming cigarette was presented.
