摘要
以玉米淀粉为原料、丙烯酸(AA)为酯化剂,采用干法制备了AA酯化淀粉。利用单因素试验法和正交试验法优选出制备AA酯化淀粉的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:与玉米淀粉相比,AA酯化淀粉糊化液具有较强的荧光强度、较低的黏度、较高的黏度热稳定性,并且其冻融稳定性、乳化性、浆膜耐水性和柔韧性俱佳,是一种可用于文物保护与修复的良好胶粘剂。
With corn starch as raw material,acrylic acid(AA)as esterifying agent,the AA esterified starchwas prepared by dry method. The optimal process conditions of preparing AA esterified starch were preferred bysingle-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The research results showed that the AA esterified starch was akind of good adhesive for protection and restoration of cultural relic because compared with corn starch,the AA esterifiedstarch pasting liquid had the stronger fluorescence intensity,low viscosity and higher viscosity thermostability,andits freeze-thaw stability,emulsification,and water resistance and flexibility of paste film were good.
