混凝土强度对盐渍土地区钻孔灌注桩耐久性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了确定盐渍土强腐蚀环境下桩基混凝土强度等级,采用硅酸盐水泥和高抗硫酸硅酸盐水泥制备了两组(C40和C50)混凝土进行试验,考察了不同强度等级混凝土抗硫酸盐和抗氯离子的侵蚀能力。结果表明,在浸烘循环试验制度下,C50与C40抗压强度耐蚀系数差异不大;在浸泡试验制度下,砂浆试件的膨胀系数随强度等级的升高而减小,而强度等级对砂浆的抗折强度抗蚀系数影响不大;混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀能力随强度的增高而增强。综合考虑混凝土技术经济性能和施工质量控制水平,对于硫酸盐和氯盐共存环境下的桩基混凝土,建议采用C40高性能混凝土。 In order to determine the strength grade of bored pile concrete under saline soil condition,typeⅡ Portland cement and sulfate resistance Portland cement were adopted to make two series concretes(C40and C50).Concrete properties of sulfate attack resistance and chloride ion corrosion resistance were investigated.The results show that the concretes with different strength grade have similar sulfate attack resistance when the concretes are suffered from wet and dry cycle actions.The mortar specimens,which immerse in sodium sulfate solution,have higher expansion coefficients and similar flexural strength corrosion coefficient with higher compressive strength.Concrete resistance to chloride ion penetration is enhanced with the increase of compressive strength.Considering the technical economy and construction quality control level,C40 high performance concrete is recommended for bored pile concretes which are suffered from coupling actions of strong sulfate attack and serious chloride corrosion.
