单向射流旋转式微喷头水力性能及其影响因素分析

摘要 为测定微喷头安装高度对水量分布的影响,选取流量稳定的单向射流旋转式微喷头(WPX90-250),测定其水力性能,并绘出3种不同安装高度下3种压力水头的水量分布。由此算出微喷头的有效喷洒直径和喷灌均匀系数,进而分析方差及组合均匀系数。结果表明,微喷头的安装高度、组合布置间距对喷头的水力性能影响较大;旋转式微喷头(WPX90-250)布置间距为2.5m、微喷头安装高度为90cm时组合均匀系数较高,喷洒效果较为理想。 To measure the impact of the installation height of micro-sprinkler on the water distribution,the flow stable rotation micro-sprinkler(WPX90-250)was selected to measure its hydraulic performance.Then water distribution was obtained under three kinds of installation height and three kinds of pressure head.The effective spraying diameter and uniformity coefficient of micro-sprinkler were calculated.Finally,analysis of variance and combination of uniformity coefficient were conducted.The results show that installation height and combination of distance has a great impact on the hydraulic performance of micro-sprinkler.When combination of distance is 2.5mand micro-sprinklers installation height is90 cm,the combination uniformity coefficient and spraying effect of rotating micro-sprinkler(WPX90-250)is more ideal.
