甘肃氧化铜矿优化浮铜试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 甘肃某铜铁矿因入选矿石性质变化,浮选铜回收率由85%显著降低至70%左右。文章以工艺矿物学研究为基础,优化了铜浮选工艺过程,筛选出合适的浮选工艺参数。试验表明:因出矿中段矿石性质变化,铜氧化率由原来的15%左右升至37.92%,结合氧化铜为23.51%,且有用矿物结晶粒度更细、嵌布关系更为复杂。通过优化石灰用量,添加羟肟酸盐强化氧化铜矿的捕收,并合理调整原有浮选药剂,浮选闭路试验获得了铜精矿品位20.19%、铜回收率80.4%的较好指标,提高铜回收率超过10%。 The copper recovery by flotation separation was significantly decreased from 85% to about 70% due to the variation of ore properties to a copper-iron ore in Gansu province, China. Based on the process mineralogy research in this paper, the appropriate parameters of the copper flotation process was selected as well as the process of copper flotation was optimized after a serions of conditional tests. The results showed that the copper oxidation ratio rose from 15% to 37.92% and the combined oxidation of copper in raw sample was 23.51% as a result of the properties' variation of copper-iron ore derived from mine pit. The crystal size of the valuable minerals was finer and the dissemination size and intergrowth relationship was more complex by microscopy examination. The grade of 20. 19% and the recovery of 80.4% in copper concentrate were acquired by closed-circuit copper flotation test ,which copper recovery of more than 10% was improved by optimizing the amount of lime, adding collector of hydroxamic acid salt enhanced copper oxide ore and adjusting the original flotation reagents.
