摘要
在石墨炉原子吸收法测定过程中,灰化温度和原子化温度对样品的检测具有至关重要的影响。文章主要讨论了用石墨炉原子吸收光度法测定铅量,对方法中灰化温度和原子化温度进行了优化。
In the process of determination by graphite furnace atomic absorption method, ashing temperature and atomization temperature detection of the samples has crucial effect. In this paper, we mainly discuss the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the determination of lead content and optimize the method of ashing temperature and atomization temperature.
